Through using the company’s products the purchaser accepts that all purchases made in respect of the website and company are final.  Products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering latent structural defects.  To the extent statutory consumer guarantees and warranties apply to a purchase (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law), the company agrees to meet and comply with those guarantees and warranties.
